Embassy of Peru promotes Peruvian Gastronomy in Tangin Club Community

In collaboration with the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, the Embassy of Peru offered a workshop of gastronomy on 29 March at the Tanglin Community Club. The workshop was conducted by Mrs Heidy de Talavera, Mrs Marcela Jo and Mrs Giuliana Hoyos, who taught the attendees how to prepare “ají de gallina”, highlighting the variety of Peruvian typical ingredients involved in its elaboration  such as the “aji amarillo” and “cebolla roja”, which both can be found in Singapore.
